I’m a little confused. When I log exercise my allotted calories go up…but then when I fulfill that new amount it says I’m just maintaining my weight, not losing. Sooo, should I stick with 1500cals even though I burn 500?
it’s ripping me apart on the inside. I just want to rip it all out.
